US domestic shipping

We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You are welcome to return all eligible items within the first 30 days of purchase. The only cost to you is the return shipping.

Domestic shipping will be sent through the US Postal Service. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable. We look forward to offering additional shipping services soon. Please see all options at checkout.

International shipping

Return Cost

The customer is required to pay any shipping cost necessary to return item(s).

30 Days to Return

We do not accept returns on our accessory items as they are personal wear items. Please contact our team with any questions or concerns that you may have. Our team responds to feedback in cycles. Please allow the team at least 72 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) for a response to you message. Within 30 Days of your purchase, you are able to return your item(s) for a full refund of your purchase total, excluding any shipping costs for all eligible items*.

Returns and Exchanges

You’re unhappy with what you bought? Heavens No! We can’t have that. Contact us by email at sales@heavensnoko.com so that we can get you right.

Returns: All eligible items* have a 30-Day money back guarantee. Once the item(s) are received and processed back into our inventory, your refund will be processed and returned to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned item with the exception of weekends and major holidays. The receipt of your refund will vary depending on your banking institution. Please allow at least 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: Eligible items* may be exchanged within 14 Days of receipt of the item. Any item that needs to be exchanged for a different size, color, or replacement item, the customer should follow our exchange policy for fast + efficient service.

~ Contact our team with specific information regarding your needs for the exchange including the order number, description of the item that needs to be exchanged, and specific details on the item that is desired for the exchange.

~ All exchanges must be of equal value.

~ The process of exchange is the combination of our return + purchasing policies. This means that the customer will pay in return shipping costs. The product is processed back into inventory + the replacement item is processed for shipping as a new purchase by our team. The “new purchase”/exchange is expedited by our team to ensure our customer satisfaction. The exception to expediting returns is weekends and major holidays.

~ Gift cards are eligible for exchange. However, gift cards are only available in the quantity amounts that are offered. All balances are rounded down to fit within the gift card quantity.

(Example: Exchanging an item with a $40 value for a gift card would be returned in a $25 gift card and the balance of $15 would be forfeited by the customer.

If there are multiple items being returned for a gift card, the same principle applies. All gift cards are set in value, and exchanges will be adjusted to fit in the nearest gift card value or rounded down if there is a balance.)
